The platform infrastructure construction will commence FY 2023 after funding approval.

Cost Modeling
Dominant: By areas of high throughput and Bandwith
SubDominant: interest (Education) and Space science activity.
Recessive: All other leisure space will be sold on a square footage and district basis.
